Knowledge platforms in Bangladesh and Cambodia are operational;
Ascoping study of availability knowledge platforms that may be suitable for collaboration among providers to serve developing member countries;
He or she will:
Review and assess available knowledge platforms in Asia and the clients these serve;
Identify the information gaps and priority issues for knowledge management platforms in Bangladesh and Cambodia;
Together with the information technology expert set up the most appropriate knowledge platform for Bangladesh and Cambodia and;
Produce the scoping reports
Qualifications:
He or she should have at least 6 years of experience in knowledge management and communications as well as work experience in Bangladesh and/or Cambodia.
