Impact assessment of microfinance sector in Kosovo

The Association of Microfinance Institutions of Kosovo - AMIK has received financing from the World Bank (International Development Association) toward the cost of the Financial Sector Technical Assistant Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include conduction of an assessment on the impact of microfinance industry in Kosovo. The objective of the impact assessment is to provide reliable evidence on the impact of microfinance products and services on the clients of microfinance institutions. The objective of the poverty outreach is to provide poverty profiles of the clients of microfinance institutions. The assessment consists of the following phases: Phase A: Initial consultations and preparations Phase B: The analysis of data collected by MFIs through loan assessment Phase C: Quantitative client survey to assess poverty outreach Phase D: Qualitative impact research
Qualifications: 
Relevant University degree in Economics or Finance  At least five years relevant experience in analyzing of micro finance institutions and proven experience in drafting of studies Previous work experience in the region and / or World Bank financed projects would mean an asset
